How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
Certifiedchairman Pest Control does not have a crew that comes to your home. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That person runs their own pest control or wildlife business. They are the one who inspects, quotes and does the work.
What Happens on the First Call
Say you phone about droppings you found behind the water heater. The provider will likely ask a few simple things:
- What did you see, and where?
- When did you first notice it?
- Have you seen the pest itself, or only signs of it?
- What type of home is it, and does it have a basement, crawl space or attic?
Some providers can then book a visit. Others may have a wait. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
If this is your first time, a short list helps. Write these down before you talk:
- Are you licensed or certified for this work in my state?
- What will the visit include, and what will the quote cover?
- How will you find out how the pests are getting in?
- What products or methods do you use, and are they safe around kids and pets?
- Is follow-up included, and what does a repeat visit cost?
- What should I do after the work to keep it from returning?
The last question matters most. A good provider will talk about sealing gaps, drying damp spots, and storing items off the floor.
You Are in Control
You decide who to hire. You can ask for a written quote and compare it with another one. Typical pest control costs in the U.S. vary a lot by pest, home size and number of visits, so a written quote is the only number to trust. You can say no at any time, and there is no obligation.
